By accessing or using any service, product, or website operated by BiteXR d.o.o. ("BiteXR", "we", "us", or "our"), including Haven, Perfect Day, and EVENTR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
BiteXR provides software products and services including:
- Haven — an XR application for mental well-being and guided meditation.
- Perfect Day — a web-based wedding planning platform with guest management, RSVP, and planning tools.
- EVENTR — an event management platform currently in development.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at office@bitexr.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred to another person without our written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
- Collect or harvest data from our platforms without our express written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, graphics, logos, and other materials on our services are the property of BiteXR or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
User-generated content (such as wedding details uploaded to Perfect Day) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant BiteXR a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain services or features require payment. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiteXR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
