1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases made through BiteXR products and services, including Perfect Day and any future paid offerings. Free plans are not subject to this policy.
2. Perfect Day — Wedding Planning Platform
Perfect Day offers one-time purchase plans (Classic at €99 and Premium at €199). Because these are digital products that grant immediate access to full platform features, the following terms apply:
- 14-day refund window — you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not used the platform features substantively (e.g., sent invitations to guests, exported data, or used QR check-in features).
- After 14 days — refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed, except in cases of technical failure on our part that prevented you from using the service.
- Exceptional circumstances — if you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email office@bitexr.com with:
- Your full name and the email address used for purchase.
- The product purchased and the date of purchase.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window (unless due to technical failure).
- Change of mind after substantive use of the platform.
- Failure to use the service during the access period.
- Purchases made using promotional or discount codes, unless otherwise stated.
5. Service Disruption
If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that substantially impair your ability to use a paid product, we will assess refund or credit eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Please report any issues promptly to office@bitexr.com.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
